Mr. Babajide Badmos holds a first degree in law from the University of Lagos and a Master’s degree in management  (Birmingham City University).

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985 and started his career as a counsel in Lagos State Ministry of Justice where he worked for four years. He then joined Chartered Bank of Nigeria in the corporate Banking department, where he garnered diverse experience in providing business and legal advisory services to leading companies in Nigeria.

Mr. Badmos is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and holds membership of the International Bar Association. His areas of professional interest include proffering legal advisory services in banking, tax, secured financing, and oil and gas issues.

His other interests include debt restructuring, financial advisory, project and contract management, and business start-up advisory services. Mr. Badmos enjoys reading watching movies and traveling. He is married with family.

Mr. Alhassan holds a law degree in law from the University of Lagos. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. He has significant experience in legal drafting, issues relating to petroleum marketing, business startups, small and medium scale enterprises, and entertainment law. Mr. Alhassan started his professional career as an attorney in K.C Ugboajah & Co.  commercial law firm in 1987.

He has since gained significant experience in entrepreneurship and commercial transactions through his participation in several commercial transactions.

He has at various times acted as company secretary to diverse organizations such as T-Comms Nig. Ltd, Jurjen Nig. Ltd, Consolidated Media Associates Ltd, Foad Ventura Ltd, and in an entrepreneurial position as the alter ego of several petroleum companies, including Afri Oil & Gas Ltd and Amerigas Ltd,  a very successful indigenous oil marketing company.

An avid reader and traveler, Mr. Alhassan’s primary areas of professional interest are petroleum, debt management & restructuring, financial advisory, commercial & investment laws, drafting, and business strategy. He is married with family.

Dennis HABILA GAPSISO LL.B (Hons) holds a law degree from the University of Maiduguri, 1988. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 and holdsan  LL. M University of Ibadan 2005. His areas of specialization are Tax law, Land law, Arbitration, Insurance, and banking law.
